It is much more needed for people who are loners by nature and for that reason tend to die early, also for people who do not handle adversity and stress well. If you are also in the same group you should do the same. If you are an atheist, even then you can do the same, but with a full preparation. You can do it anywhere at anytime, in an elevator, in a quiet room, before going to sleep at night, the possibilities are endless.
